Texas Holdem is the most preferred and widely played game in poker and understanding the rules and learning them is quite essential if you are planning to get involved in the game. In case of Limit game the stakes of clay chips are limited while in no limit games you can stake chips unlimitedly hence there are no maximum or minimum amounts. Holdem involves playing with community cards, community cards are cards that are common to all the players. The game is played with two hole cards and five community cards. There are usually four rounds of betting which are as follows: the opening round, flop, turn and the river. After the final community card the river is dealt the players prepare themselves for a showdown and the final winner is determined according to the hands they hold.
